Low Impact Dance Aerobics

A combination of traditional aerobic moves and easy to follow dance steps at a lower impact pace for 40 minutes. The last 20 minutes of the class is a session of light hand weights to music to help maintain upper body strength.


My class is ideal for active older adults and those looking for a work-out with less intensity.


The routines will be broken down and questions are welcomed.


Pre-screening for any injuries or medical conditions will be carried out prior to joining the class.
