Create a client specific programme of exercise and healthy eating, tailored to achieving their goals based on the pre-screening and consultation.
The programme would be broken down into blocks for achieving, short, medium and long-term goals, typically over a 3 month period, with continuous assessment during this time
The aim of the programme is to provide the client with a lifestyle change that incorporates an exercise and healthy eating plan which they can manage themselves long-term.

In my capacity as a Nutritional Therapist I can help clients identify triggers in their diet that could be causing or aggravating allergies, intolerances and sensitivities and recommend foods to avoid and foods to eat to help alleviate symptoms.
If, however, a client felt that they might have an allergy but didn't know what it was, I would always refer them to their GP for further investigation.
I can also help identify nutrient imbalances in their diet that could be causing symptoms such as sleeplessness, dry skin, brittle nails, irritability, aching joints and muscles, tiredness, lack of energy, poor gut health and hormone issues.
As a Nutritional Therapist I can also use this additional knowledge to compliment my healthy eating advice for those clients who come to me with other health issues
