LOWER BACK PAIN: 1 TO 1 SESSIONS

STAGE 1


  • Pre-screening Questionnaires.
  • Consultation, including achievable goal setting.

STAGE 2


Identify Patterns of muscle imbalance through the following tests:

  • Assessment of Standing Posture
  • Assessment of Pelvic Alignment
  • Range of Motion Assessment

Healthy Eating Advice e.g. if clients excess weight is contributing to the back pain.

STAGE 3


  • Freeing Restrictions within Key Joints
  • Rebalancing Muscles
  • Re-educating Muscles
  • Healthy Eating Advice
  • Continuous Assessment for the Duration of the Programme
  • Maintenance Advice after the Programme is Completed
