Mat Pilates: 1 to 1 or Group Sessions


Mat Pilates improve core strength and flexibility. It can help maintain mobility and stability into later life, therefore reducing the risk of falls and potential injury to bones, muscles and joints. It is very beneficial for people that spend a lot of time sitting at a computer as it will help improve posture and relive tension in your back and neck. It can also relieve symptoms of stress as you will learn how to breathe correctly with each exercise which in turn will encourage your body and mind to relax.


Depending on the clients preference there is the option for 1 to 1 sessions at my Studio, or in the comfort of their own home, or attend 1 of my Pilates classes.


Pre-screening for any injuries or medical conditions will be carried out prior to participation in any sessions.
